These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of loopxpool, a web-based platform for sharing and playback of original audio snippets. Please read these Terms carefully before using the service.

By accessing or using loopxpool, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use loopxpool.

1.1. You must be at least 18 years old to use loopxpool. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age.

2.1. loopxpool allows users to upload and share original audio snippets for playback. By uploading content to the platform, you represent and warrant that you are the copyright holder or have obtained all necessary rights and permissions to upload and share the content.

2.2. Users are responsible for the content they upload. loopxpool is not responsible for any copyright infringements or violations of intellectual property rights.

3.1. You may not upload or share content that violates any applicable laws or regulations, including but not limited to content that is defamatory, obscene, abusive, harmful, or violates the rights of others.

4.1. You may be required to create an account to use loopxpool. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account information, and you agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

5.1. loopxpool collects and uses personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By using the service, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

6.1. loopxpool reserves the right to terminate or suspend your account at its discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in any activity that is harmful to the platform or other users.

7.1. loopxpool may update these Terms from time to time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms regularly. Your continued use of the service after any changes to the Terms will constitute your acceptance of the revised Terms.

8.1. loopxpool provides the service “as is” without any warranties or representations. We do not guarantee that the service will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9.1. loopxpool is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the service.

10.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of Essex County, New Jersey. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Essex County, New Jersey.
